I just use a maxed out studio brush with drawing assist to outline placement, or flood cells using layer reference. Although custom brushes could be fun ๐Ÿค”

So what i would do is build as if itโ€™s a structure above water
Then imagine water wash... if any
And mossy replace a lot
Water decays things on shore, with waves... but if itโ€™s built under or a sudden submerged ... more preservation
Look at sand and silt cover vs decay
Then seagrass to accent

it's unreliable though because a mob has to walk across it to trigger. i like to use minecarts with an detector rail, or simply a lever pointing to a line of redstone - levers you can trigger in play mode easily.
i also use redstone lamps to test in build mode; triggering tnt in build mode means you lose that tnt

Tall grass is probably is not a thing in MCE but I was able to get it by bonemeal to register in BE engine.
Probably the only way to get it. And if I collect it, it deletes lol.

i'm cutting it very fine myself. i discovered last night late that my mobs all cram into one block spaces in the build if left for more than a few minutes in the build.
and there's this whole hting where i am supposed to work my day job all day ๐Ÿ™‚
